Join me at the parking lot near the playground to embark on a nature bathing experience at Flat Run. Nature bathing is not a hike, nor is it a simple walk, but rather it is an immersive experience with Nature.
Accessibility:
There is minimal walking, but the terrain is uneven.
What to Expect:
We will come together for discussions and guided suggestions and spread out for alone time with Nature for observations and meditations.
We will end with a tea ceremony.
What to Bring:
Bring a blanket and a journal, a cup or mug, wear comfortable shoes, and be prepared to use all 6 of your senses to experience the wonders of Nature.
