We are back at Sandsend for another weekend in 2026.Friday 24th April evening until Sunday 26th early afternoon.
This year we start on the Friday evening at 19:00 to be greeted for the weekend and to step into our community with our first circle followed by a deeply relaxing EcoNIDRA (Nature meditation).
Saturday we start the morning with a silent meditation or wander on the beach before breakfast.
There will also be a planned embodiment workshop on Saturday monring and an exploration of the local area in the afternoon.
This year we will venture in to the woodland of the Mulgrave Estate and explore one of the many trails that lead us to the old castle ruins and take in some Forest Therapy on route. This will be a leisurely stroll with lots of breaks to ensure suitable for most fitness levels.
Sunday we start early again for a morning of silent contemplation on the beach.
Today we will remain on the beach with further Nature Connections practices, Earthing, treasure finding and a closing circle to end our time together.
This retreat is a time for slowness, connection, refreshing our souls and finding our sense of peace
Accomodation, food/drinks and travel to and from is not included in this cost.
There are plenty of places to stay in Sandsend matching a cross section of budgets.
I, along with a few others, will be staying at the Mulgrave Country Cottage which is nestled within the Mulgrave estate surrounded with trees and a small beck at the bottom of the garden that runs to the sea.
There is one room left here; this is paid directly to the owners and cost £270 for the two nights and includes breakfast.
You will be able to gain further information regarding this, should you wish to, once booking has been confirmed
Food
Both days we will utilise one of the cafes for Lunch that serve light lunches and cakes.
On Saturday evening you are welcome to join us at the local pub that offers amazing food for an evening of great food, company and conversations.
