Are you a sucker for some science? Then get ready to answer the question, “are octopuses aliens?” These invertebrates have extraterrestrial anatomy, an unreal level of intelligence, and have shown behaviors which are seemingly out-of-this-world. Join Mary McCarthy, Curator of Fish & Invertebrates at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, as we learn about these 8-legged aliens and get to the bottom of whether they come from the ocean’s abyss or outer space! Location: Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History
Class Size: 60 participants
