Join us at Pakim Pond for the ULTIMATE tree ID class! Learn how to use a dichotomous key and be able to identify any tree in the Pine Barrens! *Meet us at Pakim Pond

This program consists of three parts. The first part will be a short lecture on how to use dichotomous keys and common ways to differentiate tree species. The second part will see participants split into groups and identify marked trees around the pond using dichotomous keys. The third part will be a short informational hike about the history of different tree species in the area and how they interact in the Pine Barrens.
