Fall migration has begun on Georgia’s coast! Come experience the spectacle of migratory shorebirds and seabirds stopping along our shores to feast and fuel up for their long journeys south. Expert guide Allie Hayser, biologist with Manomet Conservation Science, will lead us as we travel by boat around Little Tybee Island. This three-hour boat trip will depart from Tybee at 9:00 a.m.
Participants should be prepared to be outside and comfortable getting in and out of boats. Bring your binoculars and water bottles. The trip will take place aboard two open, 22-foot center-console boats.
In the event of inclement weather, this trip will be moved to October 30. All attendees will be notified in the case of a date change.
More details will be included in your confirmation email once you register.
Tickets: $110 (Member) | $135 (Non-member)
