We at Stag Fitness Strength Centre are proud to announce that we will be working with Natural Strongman with this event and more events going forward! This is a DRUG TESTED event.
You will NEED a current Natural strongman membership which you can find on their website https://www.naturalstrongman.org/
Details on membership will be released in the coming weeks.
Once the Membership info has been released then purchased the membership will be active for 12 months which means you can use it at their other events, such as England's, and U.K., and Irelands etc.

If you have placed top 3 at Natural Strongman England's, Irelands, Scotland's or Wales you CAN'T do this competition
consideration can be made for lower weight class athletes doing inters.
If you've competed at a higher level you can't step down.

Event 1. Max Axle Clean and press.
Opening lifts

Then once the opening lift is complete you get 3 nominated lifts.
Grip shirts allowed.
30s to attempt lift as may times as you can.
Event 2.
Deadlift medley. 4 bar event. Power bars for the first 3 and a Cerberus strength axle bar for last lift.
