Natural Frequency: A Sound Bath for Modern Living with Jasmine Hemsley

Inspired by the growing movement towards conscious living, cleaner materials and nervous system wellbeing. Using crystal alchemy singing bowls with guided relaxation, this session offers space to reset and recalibrate, exploring the idea that wellbeing isn’t only shaped by what we consume, but also by what we wear, absorb, hear and surround ourselves with - a softer approach to performance in a world that rarely slows down.

During the sound bath guests can enjoy an optional massage and scent moment. Using the warm oil from Sacred + Wild’s Night Blooms of Lune massage candle, founder Jess Ince will be anointing the third eye, neck and shoulders with gentle touch - helping to drop out of the mind, release tension and deepen into the sound bath.
