Para nuestro primer Natural Dip, nuestros encuentros de inspiración y conexión con la comunidad, en contacto con la naturaleza, te invitamos a pasar un día de trabajo en , en Vallvidrera, inspiradxs por la naturaleza, en comunidad y con algunas sorpresillas 😉.

Durante el día disfrutaremos de actividades de Yoga y Mindfulness facilitadas por Beatriz Campusano, de Ayur Soul Yoga, y de una comida compartida de inspiración ayurvédica para que tanto nuestro cuerpo como nuestra mente y nuestro espíritu vayan en sintonía con los ritmos de la tierra ✨.

🌞 Una jornada para conectar contigo, con la naturaleza y con la Comunidad de Impact Hub Barcelona.

🍂 Cuando te apuntes, recibirás tips de movimiento y propuestas gastronómicas ayurvédicas para compartir este día y acompañarte en la fase de otoño.

🥗 Nosotrxs pondremos café, agua, infusiones y algunos snacks, y te invitamos a traer algo de comida para compartir inspirada en las propuestas que te enviaremos.

Can nature and work go hand in hand? 🌱

For our first Natural Dip, our gatherings for inspiration and community connection in contact with nature, we invite you to spend a workday at Circles House - Coliving & Coworking in Vallvidrera, inspired by nature, in community and with a few little surprises 😉.

During the day we’ll enjoy Yoga and Mindfulness activities facilitated by Beatriz Campusano, from Ayur Soul Yoga, and a shared Ayurvedic-inspired lunch, so that our body, mind and spirit can move in tune with the rhythms of the earth ✨.

🌞 A day to connect with yourself, with nature and with the Impact Hub Barcelona Community.

🍂 When you sign up, you’ll receive movement tips and Ayurvedic food ideas to share on the day and to support you through the autumn season.

🥗 We’ll provide coffee, water, herbal teas and some snacks, and we invite you to bring some food to share, inspired by the ideas we’ll send you.
