In this Summer retreat we dedicate 5 days to the transformative, holistic process through movement from depth, free dance, the exploration of the body- mind- soul-potential, attentive touch and artistic play. In the studio and in nature, in the solo, duet and group formations, you have time to encounter your Self, your innate expression and your freedom in movement.
We work with:
• Different structures of Authentic Movement
• Integration through artistic processes (transitiontime)
• Integrative Contact Improvisation
• Dancepedagogy doorways to enhance your movementvocabulary
• Different touchqualities for relaxation and tonusregulation
• Movementmeditation
• enhancement of consciousness through the transformative, holistic process
We dance in nature and in the studio.
This seminar is open to everyone with basic experiences in movement, dance and/or bodywork. This module is also a part of the Advanced Teachers Training (ATT) - Module Nature.
Price: € 630,- / TT's € 570,- / ATT-Module € 630,-
TT price: applies to anyone who is currently participating in a Holistic Dance Teachers Training or has successfully completed one in the past.
ATT price: applies to anyone who registers for the workshop as part of the Advanced Teachers Training.
Overnight stay in the studio for € 15,- / per night possible.

Sabine Parzer: Master Somatic Movement Educator recognized by ISMETA®, is head and founder of the Holistic Dance Institute (founded 2010). Her professional experience spans over 30 years as a dancer, choreographer, teacher, bodyworker, author and organizer in the USA, Europe, Russia, Israel and Brazil.
