WHAT IS AN OBSTACLE FITNESS RACE: We will run short interval laps between completing 4 OBSTACLE FITNESS ZONES. Each OBSTACLE FITNESS ZONE will have 2 Obstacles (think walls, monkey bars, rope climbs, etc.) and 2 Functional Fitness Exercises (think deadlifts, wall balls, etc.). We stage our OBSTACLE FITNESS ZONES in one area, so that spectators can hang out and cheer you on along the way. Spectators are FREE.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE:
One Sweet Lookin' Race Medal, Awesome Finisher Shirts, and some Memories (some painful, some not)
