On August 19th the NCEMGV Association of Onslow County will be hosting a guest speaker Carol Peoples from the NC Native Plant Society to talk about native plants and pollinators. This is a free event open to the public and is intended to increase awareness of the importance of pollinators in conjunction with the Great Southeast Pollinator Census.
The event will run from 6-7 pm at the Onslow Extension Office and the first 50 people to register and attend will receive a free native plant!
