You are invited to step into sacred stillness and vibrational rhythm within the forest.
This gathering is an offering to reconnect with the rhythm of the Earth and the wisdom of the heart.
Guided by the steady heartbeat of the drum, we enter a shared field of listening — to the land, to the ancestors, and to the quiet intelligence within the body.
Rest. Allow. Let the vibrations become the teacher.
This is not a show or a workshop — it is a ceremony of presence.
An invitation to remember rhythm, connection, and belonging.
✨ What We Will Experience Together:
• Forest bathing to attune the senses and quiet the mind
• Ceremonial drumming with Native American songs to guide inner journeying
• Live flute as a heart-opening prayer and closing gratitude song, carried on breath and sound
• Gentle Reiki Heart Opener — an energy application offered with intention and gratitude
• Optional ear seed add-on available for $10 cash- by Janine @ West, Orlando Accupuncture.
While honoring the Earth as the original healer, sound is our medicine.
