Native Healing + Reiki Level 1

We will break for dinner if needed. Class times may change depending on each classes needs. Each class will be customized based on the needs of each student.

Here is your chance to learn Level 1 Reiki from a Reiki Master! PLUS, dip your toes into other energy based practices! Leticia's specialty is helping others find and reconnect to each persons natural forms of magic!
What is Reiki and what will you learn in a Level 1 Reiki class?
Reiki is a holistic healing technique that involves connecting to a universal life force energy to help balance the body, soothe the nervous system, and relieve stress, as well as many other things. Level 1 Reiki is open to anyone regardless of how much or how little background in energy work or healing modalities you have. Level 1 focuses on the self and healing of self aka spiritual self care. Level 2 focuses on others and healing outside of self. Level 3 is Mastery where you learn things like distance reiki and many become able to teach. Level 4, which is sometimes combined with Level 3, allows you to teach reiki.
You will learn foundational skills you can use to build from to discover your own path with Reiki. Some people may only want to learn about self practices and may not feel called to continue onto Level 2. This is okay! These topics will be discussed in class.
Maybe you are someone who is wanting to learn about more self care techniques in a more spooky or magical way! Or expand your own personal practices by gaining a Reiki Level 1 Attunement!
We invite all experience levels, including those who are simply curious to join us!
Class sizes will be 3 people max. so that there is time to cover as much as each person needs, answer questions, and practice.
If we have a large number of people wanting to join, more class days/times will be opened up!
Each person who attends this class will also receive a book to help with continuing education!
