Native Fruit Tree Distribution for East End Residents

We will be distributing native fruit trees to East End Houston residents. Be sure to pre-register to reserve your tree preference.
About this Event

LISC's East End Cohort is hosting a tree giveaway with fruit trees sponsored by the Student Conservation Association (SCA). Trees we will be distributing include: Chickasaw Plum, Persimmon, and Pecan. You must register in order to receive your tree at arrival. SCA will have a table where you can learn how to take care of your new tree and volunteers will be available to assist with getting your tree into your vehicle. You may also bring a small cart or wagon to take your tree with you.

Pick up is at Finca Tres Robles, 5715 Canal Street, Houston, Texas 77011 on Saturday, November 7, 2026. Residents in zip codes 77003, 77011, 77012, and 77023 are eligible to participate and receive 1 free tree during giveaway. Please register in advance to reserve your tree preference.
