For one night only, nationally featured, award winning pitmaster Chad Phuong, known as “The Cambodian Cowboy,” brings his celebrated Cambodian-Texas BBQ from Long Beach to Boston for a bold night of smoke, spice, art, and giving. Featured by national and regional media for his unique blend of Texas smokehouse technique and Cambodian flavor, Cambodian Cowboy BBQ turns brisket, barbecue, culture, and story into a full-on experience. Proceeds benefit Mabazza Foundation, a Boston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by cancer survivor Uchenna Obinabo-Mabazza to support cancer survivors, veterans, and community members through art, culture, and connection.
Guests will enjoy Cambodian-Texas BBQ, powerful artwork, a silent art auction, community celebration, and an unforgettable evening built around food, culture, and purpose.

Info: A brief welcome from Mabazza Foundation will share the purpose of the evening, the Foundation’s mission, and how ticket sales, donations, sponsorships, and silent auction proceeds help support art-based healing and community wellness programs, and the Wang YMCA Cancer Program.

Silent auction bidding closes. Winning bidders will be confirmed, and guests will receive instructions for payment, pickup, or delivery of purchased artwork.
