About this Event
Celebrate the 33rd National Trails Day with our annual Length of the Gorge Hike. Traverse the Niagara Gorge and follow the same path Niagara Falls took over the course of ~12,000 years as we hike from where it started to where it sits today!
Participants of this hike must be at least 8 years of age or older. Participants should bring a bagged lunch to enjoy during the hike. We will be hiking roughly 7 -8 miles with various levels of incline and uneven unpaved trails.
Meet in the Aquarium of Niagara Great Lakes 360 parking lot near the Schoellkopf Elevators inside Niagara Falls State Park. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the program. Dress appropriate for the weather. Registration is required for all programs.
Programs are free. Parking is limited and parking fees may apply.
