Lace up your boots, hit the Eagle Greenbelt, and come back to something sweet. EmpowHer Outdoors is celebrating National Take a Hike Day with backcountry-inspired desserts served right at Reid Merrill Park — because every great trail deserves a great finish line.
These aren't your ordinary treats. Backcountry desserts are the kind of food that tastes best after miles on your feet — simple, satisfying, and made to be shared outdoors. Think trail-proven recipes reimagined for the celebration: rich, hearty bites with the spirit of a summit snack and the warmth of a campfire gathering.
Hike the Eagle Greenbelt, breathe in the fresh air, and let the trail work up your appetite. When you roll back into Reid Merrill, EmpowHer Outdoors will be there to fuel your after-hike glow with desserts that feel right at home in the wild.
Come for the hike. Stay for the sweetness.
