Join Bay Area Community Services (BACS) and the Shared Housing Institute for a dynamic in‑person kickoff conference in Oakland, CA, followed by a 6-month training designed to strengthen housing‑focused, relationship‑centered practices across your organization. This program blends real‑world examples with hands‑on planning support to help teams build autonomy, connection, and long‑term stability.
