National Public Lands Day - Volunteer Service Day in the Monument
About this Event
We will meet at 9:00 AM at the CVS in Ashland and make our way into the Monument from there. Carpooling is optional.
Join us for a rewarding day of stewardship in the heart of Cascade‑Siskiyou National Monument! Volunteers will take part in a meaningful on‑the‑ground project that supports healthy trails and enhances visitor experiences across the Monument.
No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm, a willingness to get your hands a little dirty, and a love for public lands.Together, we’ll make a tangible difference for the trails and landscapes that make this place so special. Details on the day’s activities will be shared with registered volunteers. We can’t wait to work alongside you!
There are no special skills or experience needed to participate. The BLM will provide the tools, safety equipment, and guidance. Please wear close-toed shoes and long pants. Also, bring water and snacks and/or lunch. Some snacks and drinks will be provided.
Friends of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument is a nonprofit organization and our mission is to support the protection, restoration and conservation of the monument through service, advocacy and education.
