National Park Explorers: Acadia National Park (ages 6-12) – Wednesday, November 12 (1-2 pm & 4-5 pm) A program where science meets adventure! Join us on the second Wednesday of each month to explore the natural beauty, history, wildlife, and geological wonders of America’s National Parks. Each month will highlight a different park’s unique features, and we’ll conduct a hands-on experiment designed to explore the science behind them. This month we will explore Maine’s Acadia National Park, an extraordinary place where the mountains meet the sea. Join us as we study the science behind Acadia’s famous autumn display of brilliant, spectacular fall color.
