On National Kazoo Day, January 28th, we're thrilled to unveil an interactive, colorful exhibit at the Tubman Museum that celebrates the kazoo's rich history and Macon’s special connection to it. Join us this Black History Month for a playful adventure through more than 150 years of kazoo tales, rare archives from around the globe, and a tribute to the musical icons that resist the kazoo's charm.
This thoughtfully curated pop-up is not just an exhibit—it's an experience! Perfect for music enthusiasts, history buffs, and selfie lovers, come explore the kazoo's legacy in a city where music legends were born!
