Join our event to meet our team and learn about the free advanced care planning resources available to you! Also, wear your favorite purple item to help raise awareness of National Healthcare Decisions Month.
Can’t make it? Join our Advance Care Planning workgroup. This monthly workshop is available to Veterans, spouses, family members, and VA employees. To register, call 855-632-8262, option 4, or ask your provider for a social work consult.
