National Day of Truth and Reconciliation 2026
About this Event
National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
Join us as we gather in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a day to honour Survivors, remember the children who never returned home, and reflect on our shared responsibilities toward reconciliation.
Throughout the day, community members are invited to participate in:
- Two special film screenings (films to be announced)
- Indigenous vendors and community information
- An interactive arts-based activity
- Sacred Fire
- A reflective walk through the park
Come together to learn, reflect, remember, and build relationships as we honour the truth and continue the journey toward reconciliation.
Every Child Matters.
