The City of St. Louis Park, St. Louis Park Public Schools, St. Louis Park Community Education and Benilde-St. Margaret’s are partnering to host the fourth annual National Day of Racial Healing event, bringing together youth, teens, neighbors, and community members to learn about one another’s diverse backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, and lived experiences. The Park Singers from St. Louis Park High School will open the event with music, followed by a mindful meditation led by the ZaRah Wellness team to help ground the group and create a welcoming space for learning and healing. All are invited to participate in the community conversation which will conclude with our closing speaker, Mayor Nadia Mohamed. The event is for all ages and is free. Soup and light refreshments will be provided. This event is supported by the National Recreation and Parks Association and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
