National Day for Truth and Reconciliation at Place des Arts

Join Indigenous artists for a free, public community event on National Day for Truth and Reconciliation as they share their personal stories, reflect on their journeys, and showcase their unique artforms.

Learn about their artistic practices and create a small art piece to take home as a meaningful reflection of the day.
Additionally – Coquitlam Public Library will be at our centre featuring books from their Indigenous Collections and conducting a small craft activity.

This event is open to all ages, though children must be accompanied by an adult. Due to limited space and materials, reservations are required — walk-ins will not be accommodated.
