Full Exhibit Table: $550.00 for profit, $450 nonprofit:

• Includes a 6’ draped table and two chairs – add $25 if you need electrical outlet
• Up to two people may register at the Annual Conference for discounted price of $200 each
• Recognition on final Conference materials

Exhibits are on display from 8:30 am to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and from 8am-5pm on Friday. Set-up begins at 7:30 am on Thursday, October `19th.

Conference Bag Stuffer $250:

A great way to reach every attendee is with your special insert in the conference tote bag. Each registered attendee and presenter will receive the items. Inserts can be a flyer, brochure, pen, or other promotional item. Sponsors can add this option for $150 with purchase of full exhibit table.

Program Advertisement Rates:

Half-Page (8.5”w x 5.5”h) - $150

Full-Page (8.5”w x 11”h) - $300

** Advertising/Exhibit Policy: Ads must be received by September 1st to ensure inclusion in final Conference program. Please email KC at [email protected] to arrange program advertising. Submission of an Ad/Exhibit registration constitutes agreement to the following terms. NASW Maine Chapter reserves the right to refuse any Ad/Exhibit it deems to be objectionable to its mission/policies. No refunds will be given for cancellations. In the event the conference is rescheduled, sponsors will be given the choice of reimbursement or having their sponsorship apply to the rescheduled conference dates.
