We are thrilled to host another exciting Songwriters in the Round event! Three microphones, three guitars, three storytellers. Here are the artists who will create a colorful evening of musical storytelling:
CHRISTINA TIERNEY: Christina is an Americana, country, and folk singer-songwriter from South Florida, whose soulful voice carries both tenderness and power, equally capable of soft intimacy or belting out raw, heartbreaking truths. Drawing inspiration from icons like Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton, and John Prine, she crafts songs steeped in life’s trials and triumphs, embracing Harmon Howard’s belief in “Country music is three chords and the truth.”
Christina has shared her songs at local stages here in SFL, and various songwriter showcases, quietly building a presence grounded in authenticity. Her music delves into inner discovery, hope, and the longing for light and love, reflecting a life well-lived and deeply felt.
TERRY CROSSEN: Terry Crossen is one of Palm Beach County’s most prolific songwriters and a familiar face at Village Music. Terry is a five-time Artist Music Guild songwriting award-winner, most recently in 2024. Terry’s songs tell stories of life’s struggles in a unique, passionate and moving way.
BRETT STEELE: Brett is a Miami born south paw who was gifted his first guitar at the age of 14 by his father. He promised to practice and instantly fell in love. He honored that promise and honed his craft. He became known for his range of voice, song choice, and knowledge built on sheer will and practice.
After waiting tables full time and playing gigs on the side for 30 years, he took to leap to full time musician and never looked back. You can find him solo, leading The Enablers or joined by one or more of his Enablers brothers throughout St. Lucie, Martin and Palm Beach counties. He brings a unique set list to fit each venue.
