Join Nashville Performance Club for a coach-led group training session at Assembly Food Hall on Sunday January 18th, 2026!Kick off the New Year with a high-energy training session led by the expert coaches from Nashville Performance Club — Nashville’s newest community-driven strength and recovery facility opening up this February. This approachable, all-levels class focuses on strength, conditioning and functional movement.
Ticket price: $10
Your ticket includes a $10 Hall Pass to enjoy breakfast and beverages at Assembly Food Hall after the workout. Following the session, guests are invited to stay for a post-training social with the Nashville Performance Club coaches to learn more about the team.
Please be sure to bring your own mat.
Equipment (concept2 ergs, kettlebells and dumbbells) will be provided.
