This month we have a special guest, Tim Elizer, with Signs First here in Nashville!

Prior to attempting to put in our first monument sign at a property, we had no idea how difficult it could be to navigate around different city's rules and regulations around signage. We had to scrap the project because of the regulations and costs to comply.

Additionally, we got a crash course in wayfinding signage requirements and costs, compliments of the fire marshal.

Tim's company is an expert in signage and tenant-centric wayfinding sign solutions.

We're confident Tim's presentation will provide valuable insights into signage and rebranding, helping you prepare for when the time comes. Plus, he'll be a great resource for all your signage needs!

We will provide some light snacks / drinks while networking before we jump into his presentation and then answer any questions you have.
