About this Event
Ladies, grab your friends and get ready for a fun day in Music City! We’re heading to Nashville for a day filled with Black history, music, culture, great food, and plenty of time to enjoy the energy and lights of downtown.
Experience Nashville with African American history, interactive music exhibits, Southern food, historic landmarks, live music, and time to explore the heart of downtown. During free time, guests may choose from nearby museums, Black history sites, restaurants, music venues, shops, and entertainment.
Before heading into the heart of downtown, we’ll make a cultural sightseeing stop to explore an important piece of Nashville’s history.

Boarding Information
Boarding begins at 6:30 AM ET.
The bus departs promptly at 7:00 AM ET.
We will depart Nashville at approximately 8:00 PM CT. / 9 PM EST.
Estimated return to Henry County is approximately 12:30–1:00 AM ET.
Please arrive on time and be fully checked in before departure. The bus cannot be held for late guests, and missed departures will not qualify for a refund.
The exact boarding location and parking instructions will be emailed to registered guests.

- Nashville is in the Central Time Zone, one hour behind Georgia.
- Guests must return to all designated meeting locations on time.
