2. Park in any available unreserved stall
3. Enter the plate of the vehicle you are driving
4. Choose the NASCA Rate option on the screen. Payment of $9.45 will appear on the screen ($9.00 + GST)
5. No need to place anything on your dash as your license plate is your valid pass
