The Hancock County fair was home to Napoli Pizza from 1957 to 2011. Beginning with the trailer under-the-tree to our "little green building" down the hill with a new building 1970 ( we sold 5,000 6" pies in 1970). To honor Don's life, remembering this tradition, the Jones Mansion will offer the original recipe Napoli style pizza and Antipasto Salad Buffet on Friday night, August 22, 2025 from 5-7;30 PM.
We will be baking pies from the last two original ovens, plus our famous hearty Antipasto Salad with lettuce, spinach, chick peas, salami, provolone cheese, capocollo and prosciutto ham, olives, tomato wedge and pepperoncini with our 65 year old dressing recipe.
