This is a tasting of the rare, GREAT wines enjoyed by Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte and his second wife Joséphine de Beauharnais!

Executive Chef Tom Caswell will create an exciting charcuterie board chockablock with classic French meats, cheeses and condimenti, accompanied by a petit pâtisserie from Pastry Chef Hannah.

My good friend Professor Corey Campion will be on hand to share nuggests of history about the good Emperor and his drinking habits! Dr. Campion is a professor of modern French and German history at Hood College in Frederick. He has lived and studied widely in France and Germany and is an expert in French memorials and monuments. (btw... I will be trtaveling to Germany and France with Dr. Campion later this summer!)

This is sure to be as memorable of a tasting as the Grand Cru wines of Alsace from Domaine F.E. Trimbach we did last year! Check out this list!!!
