Napa County Induction Cooking Expo

This free public expo is here to teach you about Induction cooktops! Hosted by the Napa County Natural Resources Division at Design Showcase in Napa, the expo will teach you what induction is, how it works, and will include a cooking demonstration on induction. We will be serving light refreshments so you can enjoy food while we cook and learn. You can learn about incentives available to help bring an induction cooktop into your kitchen and about where to begin when you're ready to make the change. There will also be a giveaway of a portable induction hob, so don't miss out!
