Friday August 8 - Sunday August 10, 2025. Nanaimo Blues Festival has some blues for everyone – from R&B, boogie-woogie, blues-rock, to Chicago blues, jump blues, soul & gospel and so much more. Enjoy and dance to the blues in Nanaimo’s scenic Inner Harbour and feel the oceanside breeze and good island vibes!This year’s blues line-up includes Lee Oskar & Friends, Vanessa Collier, Rick Estin & The Nightcats, Ruzz Evan's Blues Revue and more announcements to come! The popular New Blues Showcase featuring emerging blues talent and Sunday soul & gospel hour are returning and we dare you to keep your feet still. Food trucks, vendors and refreshments are on site.
