About the Speakers

Andie Hollowell, LMFT, is the Founder and CEO of Terra Behavioral Health, a California-licensed therapist and behavioral health executive with more than a decade of experience developing and scaling mental health treatment programs across residential, outpatient, and virtual care settings. Before founding Terra, she served as a founding executive at Lightfully Behavioral Health, helping expand a multi-site behavioral health platform throughout California, and held leadership roles at organizations including Monte Nido and Alsana. Combining clinical expertise with operational leadership, Andie is dedicated to creating ethical, relationship-centered systems of care that foster meaningful healing and support both patients and clinicians.
