Join Downtown Tulsa Partnership and Updog Yoga for yoga and meditation in the street on Boston Avenue to celebrate the Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day on June 20 from 5:30-8 PM!This event will be a rejuvenating celebration of the summer solstice and immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of Downtown Tulsa's Namastreet event as we transform Boston Ave into a yoga sanctuary.
This year, we're excited to have Updog Yoga leading our yoga session, accompanied by an outdoor sound bath to elevate your experience. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, this event is for you—open to all ages and experience levels.
Indulge in refreshments from Frios Gourmet Pops and Inheritance Juicery, who will be serving up delicious popsicles and juices to keep you cool and hydrated. And after working up a sweat, treat yourself to a post-yoga feast prepared by the talented chefs at et al.
