Join us for a free gentle yoga class in the park to connect with nature and work towards greater health and happiness through mindfulness and movement. This class is suitable for all levels, no yoga experience required!
⭐️Please bring a mat and/or blanket, otherwise a few will be available to borrow.
⭐️This complimentary class will be from 9:00am - 10:15am at the following location:

🌳 Look for the Namaste in Nature signs once inside the park at the main office building/ pavilion next to the lake. This class will be held inside if inclement weather arises.
