Join us for a 90-minute bonding experience designed for moms (or caretaker, grandparent, dad, overseeing adult) and their little ones (recommended ages 3-8)! Our Mommy & Me Yoga session begins with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and playful yoga in a warm (not hot) room, helping you and your child connect through movement, breath, and fun interactive poses.After we flow together, we’ll transition into a themed Fall/Halloween craft—a perfect keepsake to remember this special time. To wrap up our event, we’ll enjoy a light, healthy snack, giving you a chance to relax, chat, and soak in the joy of the moment.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring your smiles and get ready to Namaste & Play! 💕✨
