NALO'S ToolBox: FREE Emotional Wellness Class in Griffin, GA

NALO’s Toolbox is an emotional wellness class offered through our Addiction Recovery Support Center in Griffin, Georgia. The class is designed for people in recovery, individuals impacted by addiction, and family members or loved ones seeking support.

Through guided discussions, practical activities, and supportive conversations, participants learn healthier ways to manage stress, understand emotions, improve communication, set boundaries, and navigate everyday challenges.
