Naka-Kon 2025 Charity Ball

Tickets will not be sold on-site and must be purchased online.

Bring your Eventbrite confirmation/ticket for admission. You may bring a printed copy or a digital copy saved on your smartphone or other devices please have this ready when you approch cheak in. The check-in table will be located outside the entrance of Ballroom A/B, and an exclusive pin will be provided to participants.

Photo Op: There will be an awesome backdrop provided for you to take a picture by yourself or with friends. Please provide your own camera for the photo so you have the memory with you always.

Dance Performance: Anne and her dance partner from the City in Motion Dance Theater will be performing a dance routine to show how good you can get with practice.

Dance Cards: Each attendee will be given a dance card upon entering the ball, with things to do such as “Dance with someone wearing green" or “Complete an inside turn”. Those who complete their card will have the chance to be honored as part of the ball's royal court. Winners will be presented with prizes and asked to lead a dance.

Rose Exchange: During the ball Red roses will be given at random to attendees. Each person is then asked to present that rose to someone they did not know prior to the ball. The purpose of this is solely to help encourage people to mingle.

Staff Dancers: There will be staff members at the ball whose purpose is to dance with attendees. They will each be wearing the same style of boutonniere and be introduced at the beginning of the ball to help attendees identify who they are.

Info: on the left side of the room when you walk in there will be a photo booth set up to take photos and remember the night!

Info: the dance cards will be provided. it will have a list of things to accomplish by the end of the ball to be raffled for our ball royalty, each line must have a different name and must e fully filled out to win

Info: we will have staff walking around with a white boutonniere that will be happy to dance with you for the entire ball. do not be hesitant to ask them to dance, unless they are dealing with an emergency they will always agree to dance with you.

Info: we will pass out 24 red roses into the crowd, once a staff dancer takes you for a spin we will hand off a rose and the hope is that you will then go dance with another person and pass the rose off yourself. this helps the ball to keep moving and for others to dance their heart out!

Info: this year our dance studio is sending Johnny Dinh Phan and Heidi Loubser to perform a dance number and show everyone what a little patience and hard work can accomplish. our hope is to inspire others to dance.
