Join NAF-Biz for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of JFK’s Terminal 4 operations and learn how resilience plays a key role in aviation. Find out how a delay in the morning in Amsterdam become a problem in New York by lunchtime — and what keeps it from cascading.

The event will include:

• Behind-the-Scenes Tour – Join the JFKIAT team on a tour especially curated for NAF-Biz, that will take you airside for a look at the airport operations that passengers never see.
• Panel Discussion – Senior aviation executives will share how they absorb the daily uncertainties of international travel including cyber security, geopolitical volatility, the effects of climate change, and customer expectations.
• Refreshments – We close with drinks and snacks at one of Terminal 4's hospitality venues for networking and reflection.

• Passport or REAL ID required at entry
• No late arrivals or early departures (due to security protocols)
• Attendees must be age 18 and over
• Only 20 tickets, sold first come, first served
