JADE BEGUELIN

Co-Founder & CEO of 4AM SKIN

Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service, B.S. Science, Technology, and Int’l Affairs, (Concentration: Business, Growth & Development). 

Jade Beguelin is the co-founder and CEO of 4AM SKIN who began her career as a derivatives trader at JP Morgan before spending over 3 years at Ampush (named the McKinsey of growth

marketing by Techcrunch). Her experience spans managing 7-figure marketing budgets for top DTC brands to tactical strategic consulting for early stealth ventures, before going full-time on 4AM at the end of 2022. Launched in July 2021, 4AM SKIN delivers modern skincare that combines cutting edge science, on-the-go convenience and next level brand story. The brand’s launch was featured in Vogue Magazine; their hero product The Routine was named a W Mag Select; and Jade was recognized as part of Forbes’ 30 under 30 Class of 2025. One of the key drivers of growth for 4AM has been their community on TikTok, where #4amskin now boasts over 8M views and Jade herself has accumulated over 150k followers.

KEVIN HA

Founder & Executive Director, Asian American Dream

Kevin is an impact-driven, nonprofit leader motivated by empowering others and building community. As the Founder and Executive Director of Asian American Dream (AAD), Kevin is tasked with advancing its mission of providing mentorship networks, professional development training, and career advancement opportunities for underserved AAPI undergraduates, with the goal of helping them achieve their unique vision of the Asian American dream. Since founding AAD in 2021, Kevin has scaled the organization to serve 200 mentees and 200 mentors annually. Most recently, he was selected as 2024-2025 Obama USA Leader by the Obama Foundation and a 2024 Fellow by The EGF Accelerator, respectively. Prior to AAD, Kevin worked in the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In his free time, Kevin is a serious foodie and loves playing competitive tennis in NYC.

ANGEL ZHENG

Founder of Isshiki Matcha (Forbes 30 Under 30)

Angel Zheng is a dynamic entrepreneur and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, known for founding several innovative ventures, including Isshiki Matcha, MÔKO NYC, Shiso, and Gold Studios. Her diverse portfolio spans the culinary arts, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, reflecting her multifaceted expertise and commitment to excellence.
