Avant d’être Mel C des Spice Girls, elle était Melanie Chisholm, jeune danseuse happée par la culture rave du début des années 90. Peu après, l’aventure Spice Girls propulse sa vie dans une autre dimension, faisant d’elle l’une des voix les plus reconnaissables de la pop britannique.
Aujourd’hui, avec son neuvième album studio Sweat, Melanie C renoue avec cette énergie fondatrice. Pensé comme une lettre d’amour à la culture club, le disque fusionne ses instincts pop avec sa trajectoire récente de DJ, façonnée entre sets à Ibiza et festivals internationaux.

Voordat ze Mel C van de Spice Girls werd, was ze Melanie Chisholm, een jonge danseres die werd meegesleept door de ravecultuur van begin jaren ‘90.
