The Irish Group of Femmes d’Europe, with the support of the Embassy of Ireland in Belgium, proudly present a Charity Gala Concert as part of Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Featuring Irish tenor Emmet Cahill, accompanied by the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra and the Brussels Philharmonic Chorus, conducted by David Navarro-Turres.
An evening full of Irish melodies, excerpts from operas and musicals, celebrating exile, resilience and hope ! Specially featuring the Belgian- Iraqi composer Qoutayba Neaimi and his new piece, together with the violinist Alan Arif and the percussionist Şêrko Kanîwar.
