Mythology in Motion

Mythology in Motion is a slow flow yoga class that weaves gentle storytelling from Hindu mythology into mindful movement, breath, and simple mantra. Each class explores a timeless story as a way to add meaning and reflection to familiar postures, inviting you to experience yoga as both physical practice and embodied narrative.
Join Allegra for a calm, accessible flow, moments of stillness, and space to move at your own pace. No prior knowledge of mythology or chanting is required—just curiosity and a willingness to listen and move.
