Join Crystal Rainbow Borrelli for an afternoon of Devotion & Dedication as we immerse in the teachings of Hanuman! This offering is split into two parts:
~ Yoga Practice (Open to ALL)
~ Sequencing Session (Teachers Only)
In the 2 hour practice, you will learn of the deep intertwined connection Hanuman has through the movement of Surya Namaskar, the life force of Prana (Vayus) through pranayama, his myth and how it is all tied together. *Open to all students and teachers.
The sequencing session will be focused on how to intelligently sequence to a peak pose and theme your class to Hanuman, using a Three Pillar Method, Crystal has created for teachers.
You will learn how to prepare and counter for the peak pose, mantras to Hanuman and Pranayama to balance the sequence. You will leave with a well rounded class plan for Hanumanasana and what he represents. *Teachers only, open to ALL Yoga teachers

About your facilitator
Raised by Yogis and trained in India, being a third generation yogi, Crystal is dedicated to her roots. She focuses on the old traditions and practices of yoga while bringing an incredible, modern personality to any studio space. Learning from Crystal will give any new, or experienced teacher an opportunity to learn how to adapt their teaching style and personality to the practice that speaks to their authentic self.
