Do artificial food colors really cause ADHD? In this presentation, Dr. Michael B. Smith, ND of Natura Health & Wellness will dive into the myriad of answers to this question - what the research says about food dyes, how they influence brain health, and how we can navigate them in our diet.
With food dyes abundant in candy and Halloween right around the corner, we will also discuss ways of keeping our kids healthy while dressing up, partying, and trick-or-treating.
