This is not a workshop about fixing or defining.
It’s an invitation to surrender to life’s natural rhythm — to meet yourself and others through the living tension that animates all things.
Join us for two days of embodied inquiry, energetic play, and relational alchemy.
A space where play meets presence, passion fuels pursuit, and the dance becomes devotion.

We feel it when we’re drawn to someone, when we hesitate, when we soften, when we burn.

In Myth of Polarity, we move toward that pulse with awareness — exploring how it lives within us, how it plays between us, and how it shapes the way we love, lead, and create.
This is not performance. It’s remembrance.

Over two days, we’ll weave together movement, breath, connection, and energy to awaken your inner dance of opposites.
Through guided experiences, you’ll explore:
Embodied Inquiry: Practices that bring awareness to how attraction, tension, and surrender live within your body.
Energetic Exploration: Tools to sense and move energy consciously — between stillness and expression, receptivity and action.
Relational Play: Partner and group exercises that bring the dance of polarity to life through presence and trust.
Ritual & Integration: Grounding practices and reflection to anchor your insights into daily life.
Community Connection: A field of authenticity and support where your full expression is welcome.
No experience in dance or Tantra is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to feel.
