We begin by slowing down together through a restorative sound bath, creating space to arrive fully, calm the nervous system, and prepare for the day ahead.
11AM Turning Wishes into Aspirations that Change Your Life—and the Lives You Touch
with Karma Jigme Lodroe
Discover the difference between a simple wish and an aspiration that transforms not only your own life but also the lives of others. Through a gentle Buddhist-inspired talk, participants will receive a natural Tibetan incense stick and take part in a guided ritual, meditation, prayer, and dedication of aspirations.
3PM Wild Wishes: Future Self Post Office & Afternoon Tea
Write a letter to the future version of yourself—the one you’re becoming.
Your letter will be lovingly sealed and mailed back to you as the New Year begins, along with a community matter — drafted by fellow Seekers — accompanied by a few thoughtful gifts from Mystival, inviting you to remember the hopes you planted today.
As you write, enjoy a leisurely afternoon merienda featuring a selection of plant-based savoury bites, pastries, cakes, cookies, dessert bars, tea, and coffee by Miuccia Luxe Cakes.
